Do I have to use the AI?

No. You can ignore it completely and build your plan manually.

How long does it take to get started?

A few minutes. You can start from scratch, import a file, or generate a plan. There's no setup process to get through.

Can I import my existing projects?

Yes. You can upload Excel or CSV files and map them to tasks, dates, and dependencies. If you're using tools like Monday or Asana, you can export your data and bring it in the same way.

Can I export my plans?

Yes. You can export your project whenever you need, so you're not locked in.

AI usage is metered in tokens. Both user inputs (including prompts and project context) and AI generated responses count toward the monthly token allowance.

All AI functionality, including plan generation, plan refinement, scenario modeling, the AI Command Bar, and project chat, draws from a single shared monthly token allowance.

Token consumption varies based on request size and complexity. For example, generating a plan for a complex project will consume more tokens than a simple query. Any usage estimates provided (such as plan generation or follow up questions) are indicative only and may vary depending on project complexity and conversation depth.

Token allowances reset on the billing anniversary date.

AI features are powered by Google Gemini models. AI assisted plan generation (the Build with AI wizard) runs on Gemini 3.5 Flash for every plan, on every tier. The AI chat assistant runs on Gemini 3 Flash Preview on every tier. Model availability and pricing are subject to change.
