Ganttastic in ChatGPT and Claude
The Ganttastic connector lets ChatGPT or Claude plan a project with you, show it as a Gantt chart, save it to your account, and tell you what is late, who has too much work, and what a slip does to the finish date. You need a Ganttastic account. People using Ganttastic without signing in cannot connect an assistant.
- Connecting. Add Ganttastic in the assistant, then sign in on the Ganttastic page it opens and press Allow. That page names the assistant and what it can do.
- What it cannot do. It cannot delete projects, share them or export files. Every answer links to the project in Ganttastic, where those actions are.
- Changes. The assistant asks before it saves or changes anything. Scheduling only moves work later: when a task slips, the tasks that depend on it move, and finishing early does not pull later tasks forward.
- Disconnecting. In Ganttastic, open Manage Profile, then Security, then Connected apps, and remove the assistant. You can also remove Ganttastic in the assistant’s own settings.
- Your data. The Privacy Policy explains what the assistant’s provider receives and what we keep.
- Something went wrong. Email us the time, the assistant you used, and the request you typed. You do not need to send the whole conversation.

When a project limit is reached, mark a project complete in Ganttastic to make room. Enterprise workspaces have their own limits, set for the organization.
Your account and your data
You can delete your account yourself under Manage Profile, then Security. For a privacy request, see the Privacy Policy. To report a security problem, email support@ganttastic.com with the word Security in the subject.
