Account and billing
Enterprise and Enterprise+
Last updated 27 July 2026
Ganttastic Enterprise and Enterprise+ are plans for organizations, currently in early access. Members join through an emailed invite, can sign in with company SSO, and work under policies their organization sets. Org admins manage users, licensing, security, and branding from a dedicated Admin Center. Contact sales@ganttastic.com to register interest.
The first part of this page covers what changes for you as a member of an enterprise organization. The last section gives org admins a short map of the Admin Center. For the individual tiers, see plans and pricing.
Early access status
Both enterprise plans are priced per Project Manager seat, billed annually, and include free Team Member viewer seats for the wider organization. They are in early access: to get started, use the form on the enterprise page or email sales@ganttastic.com.

Join your organization
You join an enterprise organization through an invitation your admin sends by email. The invite is matched to a specific email address.
- Open the invitation link from the email.
- Sign in, or create an account, using the same email address the invite was sent to. New to Ganttastic? See create your account.
- The page shows your organization's name once your email matches the invite. Click Accept invitation.
- If you already have projects under that email, a consent step explains what joining changes before anything moves. Confirm to join.
Sign in with SSO
If your organization is on Enterprise+ and has configured single sign-on, you can sign in through your company identity provider.
- Open the Ganttastic sign in dialog and click Sign in with SSO.
- Enter your work email address.
- Complete sign in with your organization's identity provider (SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect).
SSO sign in always starts from the Ganttastic sign in dialog, and you must already be a member of the organization. If SSO is not available for your email, Ganttastic shows a generic message rather than details, so check with your admin. Enabling SSO does not remove password or Google sign in.
Policies your organization can enforce
Enterprise admins can set security policies that apply to every member. Here is what each one looks like from your side:
- Required MFA. If your organization mandates multi-factor authentication and you have not enrolled a factor, Ganttastic blocks the app at sign in with an enrollment step. Set up an authenticator app to continue.
- Session timeouts. After a period of inactivity set by your organization (as short as 15 minutes), you are signed out and asked to sign in again. Your work is saved as you go, so nothing is lost.
- Password rules. When you set or change a password, your organization's policy applies: minimum length and required character types. Ganttastic shows which rules your new password meets as you type.
Your own profile and security options live in the same place as for individual accounts; see settings.
Your organization's branding
On Enterprise+, admins can brand the workspace. As a member you may see your organization's logo in the sidebar header and its brand colors applied to the app's light theme. Emails Ganttastic sends on behalf of your organization can carry its logo as well. None of this changes how projects work; it only changes how the app looks.
If you see a seat warning banner
If your organization has more members with Project Manager access than its license covers, the affected members see an amber banner at the top of the app. It warns that your access may be changed to Team Member from a stated date if the overage is not resolved.
Your projects and data are not affected either way. The banner is dismissible, and the fix belongs to your Enterprise Admin, who can free up or add seats. If you see it, let them know.
Create projects from templates
Any enterprise member can start a project from a template published by their organization, or from a personal template of their own.
- Click Create in the sidebar and choose New from template.
- Pick one of your organization's templates or one of your personal templates. Each entry shows its task count.
- Adjust the Project name and Start date, then click Create project.
The same dialog lets you save your current project as a personal template for reuse. Templates for the whole organization are published by admins from the Admin Center. Prefer a blank start or an AI draft instead? See your first project.
For org admins: a map of the Admin Center
Enterprise Admins get an Admin Center inside the app. This guide does not walk through every admin screen; here is what each area covers.
- Users: invite members, manage roles, and deactivate accounts.
- Licensing: Project Manager seats and usage against your license.
- Single Sign-On: connect SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect (Enterprise+).
- Domains: manage verified company domains (Enterprise+).
- Security: required MFA, session timeouts, and password rules.
- Branding: the logo and colors your members see.
- AI Settings: AI usage controls for your organization.
- Email Templates: customize the emails Ganttastic sends your members.
- Project Templates: publish and manage templates for the whole organization.
- Audit Log: activity records, retained 90 days on Enterprise and 12 months on Enterprise+.
- Integrations: API tokens and outbound webhooks (Enterprise+).
Enterprise+ also includes SCIM provisioning, so your identity provider can create and deactivate members automatically, alongside the API tokens and webhooks under Integrations.
