Plans and pricing

Three plans are available directly in the app:

• Team Member is the free plan. You get the full Gantt editor with dependencies and sub-tasks, viewer only sharing, and a small monthly AI allowance, so you can test whether Ganttastic fits your work.
• Project Coordinator adds more projects, editor collaborators, portfolios, the Calendar Year view, and the .gwise export format.
• Project Manager is the top self serve plan, with the largest caps, unlimited collaborators and portfolios, every timeline view, and Excel export.

Two further tiers, Enterprise and Enterprise+, are in early access for organizations that need admin controls, audit logs, and identity features such as single sign on. They are covered in the Enterprise guide.

Both paid self serve plans are priced per user per month:

• Project Coordinator: $3.88 per user per month at the intro price, $5.88 regular.
• Project Manager: $4.88 per user per month at the intro price, $6.88 regular.

Intro pricing runs until 30 Aug 2026. From 31 Aug 2026 the regular prices apply. These are monthly prices; the pricing page also has an annual toggle, and paying for a year up front saves a further 10% on these two plans.

Enterprise is priced from $14.88 per Project Manager seat per month, billed annually, with a 3 seat minimum. Enterprise+ is $14.88 per Project Manager seat per month at its intro price (until 31 Oct 2026, then $16.88), billed annually, with a 15 seat minimum. Enterprise organizations also get free view only Team Member seats.

Active and completed projects count separately. Marking a project completed moves it to your Completed list, and you can restore it later, subject to your active cap. Storage is unlimited on every tier; projects never expire.

Every AI feature draws from a single monthly token allowance per user:

• Team Member: 10,000 tokens and 1 AI generated plan per month.
• Project Coordinator: 100,000 tokens and 2 AI generated plans per month.
• Project Manager: 200,000 tokens, with no monthly count limit on plans.

Plan generation, chat, refinement, and scenario modeling all share the same allowance, and both your inputs and the AI's responses count toward it. The allowance resets on your billing anniversary each month; free accounts reset on the day of the month the account was created.

Free accounts get a one time 14 day trial of the Project Manager tier. No card is needed. The trial is for signed in free accounts only: guest sessions never see the offer, and paid accounts are not eligible.

1. Sign in with a free (Team Member) account.
2. Find the trial banner at the top of the app and click Start free trial. The banner is the only place the trial starts; the upgrade dialog does not offer it.
3. Use every Project Manager feature for 14 days. The banner counts down how many days remain.
4. When the trial ends, your account drops back to the free tier automatically. There is nothing to cancel. To keep the features, upgrade at any time; see billing and subscriptions.

Your subscription tier and your project role are different things.

• Your tier belongs to your account and applies across every project you open. It sets your project caps, AI allowance, timeline views, and export formats.
• Your role is set per project when someone shares it with you: Owner, Editor, or Viewer. The creator of a project is its Owner, and only Owners can invite people, change roles, set baselines, or delete the project.

The two combine. A Viewer can always open a shared project, but the file formats they can download depend on their own tier: a free tier Viewer can export PNG and PDF, while a Project Manager Viewer can also export Excel.
